Due to perishable nature of our products, we do not entertain a return or refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


If the product you have purchased from Kissan Karobar is damaged, inedible or defective, we will refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product for you.


Kissan Karobar reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality before offering you with a suitable remedy.


To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase. The staff member handling your request will advise if you need to return the item back to the mailing address. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item back to the mailing address, will be borne by you.
